Bakasana
Bakasana, or Crow Pose, is an empowering arm balance that builds strength and stability while enhancing focus and coordination. To get into Bakasana, begin in a squat with your feet about hip-width apart. Place your hands on the mat in front of you, shoulder-width apart, and spread your fingers wide for a stable base. Gently lean forward, bringing your knees to rest on the backs of your upper arms, just above the elbows. Engage your core and slowly lift one foot off the ground, then the other, finding your balance on your hands. Keep your gaze forward and focus on your breath to maintain steadiness. As you practice, you’ll build strength in your arms, wrists, and core, while cultivating a sense of lightness and mental clarity, making Bakasana a rewarding challenge in your yoga journey.
